Employers are required to provide medial and first aid personnel and supplies that relates to the hazards of their workspace. In the absence of a hospital or clinic in “near proximity” to the workplace adequate first aid supplies shall be readily available. A successful first aid program includes analysis & hazard prevention within the facility or job site.
